I walked into Vivint asking to speak to a member of a sales team. I brought a resume of mine, and sat down the a local team manager. The manager was my age and that made me question his ability to lead at first. He was in street clothes but wearing Vivint attire, so I could make out he was legit. After speaking with him I recognized his experience and after asking me questions about myself and my future dreams I was hired.

interviewed with a Insurance financial services company where the process began with a recruiter call, then a panel with two managers. The focus was on how I manage client relationships and handle challenges and a team environment.
