Have you jumping through hoops with a lengthy interview process, had 6 interviews and made to the final round only for them to not be bothered telling me I didn't get the job. no respect for anyones time

pretty informal - pretty honest. They want to see you are hungry for money mostly and sporty. Technical skills are not important. Mostly just personality hires to be honest. Just relax and be confident - as long as you have decent chat they are likely to accept you.
