My first interview was a positive experience, conducted as expected and in a friendly manner. During my second interview with someone more senior, I encountered several challenges that impacted the quality of the discussion. Unfortunately, they arrived late and seemed somewhat disengaged. The meeting took place in a loud office environment, and the interviewer did not use headphones, which made it difficult to hear the questions clearly and provide thoughtful responses. There were repeated interruptions, with the interviewer engaging in conversations with others in the room while I was answering questions. As a result, I was asked the same questions multiple times, likely because my responses may not have been fully heard. Additionally, the lack of privacy during the interview raised concerns, particularly since I could have been discussing sensitive or confidential information. Overall, the experience was less structured and professional than expected, making it difficult to have a productive and focused conversation.
