The first in interview was very professional and allowed me to understand the company and role better. I was able to talk about myself and give the interviewer a better understanding of who I am as a person.

Met at a career fair. Initially I was very interested in the product and tried to interview for the position. I submitted an application online and didn't hear back for 2 months. After 2 months, I received an email asking to fill out an application and email it back to set up an interview. I then have the standard phone interview. I do not hear back from an e-Emphasys representative for over 2 weeks. In this time, I sent multiple emails stating I had other offers on the table and needed to accelerate the process. Eventually, I emailed them stating that I had accepted another offer and thanked them for their time. I never heard back in response to any of my emails. Now 1 month later I hear back from them saying they are moving in another direction. Really? After I already declined to move forward no less! An interesting position that was made completely undesirable by the lack of a competent recruiting department. I seriously have not had a worse application experience. I would never want to work for a company who does not have the ability to formally communicate in an even somewhat timely manner.
