      The interview was 6 rounds: - Recruiter, HM, L&D Specialist + Someone from Finance, L&D Specialist + VP of Sales, Director of Org Dev, Case study with entire team + People BP **You also have to take 2 assessments outside of formal face-to-face interviews The interview process was okay. Some team members were super passionate about their work and the mission, while others were colder and more routine, asking only the typical behavioral questions. I think they were still figuring out parts of the role because some team members who I would've imagined would collaborate with the role often & closely were not included on the interview panel. The TA reps are very administrative, quick to reply, and they'll provide you with one-pagers on the STAR format that they like to hear answers to in interviews. The team decided to add a case study interview after the 5th interview as a tie breaker, which I felt, after 5 rounds of interviews for a specialist-level position, it felt like they should’ve already had a strong sense of who they wanted to move forward with, or they could've built something like that into the earlier stages of the process. As the candidates, we were told about the case study interview halfway through the week that we were supposed to find out about the decision, after already having completed the 5th interview the week prior. I was also asked a couple of questions that felt a bit off/unnecessary. For example, after presenting my case study, one of the questions I was asked was, "So, can you tell us what your personality is like when you're presenting?" which confused me on intent because of the context...? That, along with some of the questions I was asked, didn't leave the best impression on me, but I truly loved the mission of the company and the products! It was fun to learn more about VF, how it was founded, and its structure while studying for this interview process. Love conscious capitalism as an org framework, and VF eggs and butter are so yummy!
