It was three parts with a small 30 min intro call with the would be manager, followed by a task which was to be completed and presented back to that manager alongside the team I'd work with and then a final stage was a culture fit check with the CEO and director.
I found that task to be well balanced, challenging in a way that helped me show my analytical and creative side for the role. I enjoyed meeting my would be team and had the chance to ask them questions.
