It was a four step interview process. I had a phone interview just going over my school and work experiences, answered some typical behavioral questions which was very straightforward. I was invited to do an online test to assess my technical background. It was very straightforward multiple choice and web development coding. Upon successful completion, I was invited to the office to write a technical test on web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). After completing the technical challenge, I was invited back to meet with the development team and manager. We went over my test answers and proceeded to ask me about my qualifications. The overall interview process went very well and they told me they would get back to me in a weeks time. However after a week, and me following up with them, they did not respond. I would say that the company culture is very relaxed, and the overall interview process was fairly simple. But the communication is terrible, and would recommend the company to at least put some effort in communicating back to the candidates.
