      Entrevista

      I was contacted by a recruiter about this position and they helped schedule the video interview. I did some homework on the company before I got on the call by looking up their employee reviews on Glassdoor. 11 one star reviews, 2 two star reviews, no 3 star reviews, 2 four star reviews and the rest of the 70 total, were 5 star reviews. I read every one star review, and here is an interesting comment from one of them. "The CEO is a joke. The training is not the best. Most, if not all, of the 5 star reviews are not real and are written by the same person." Quite the accusation. So read the reviews and decide for yourself. On my interview, to start, the link I was sent for the call, wasn't accessible from my computer. It was automatically shutting off my camera and microphone with no way to turn it back on. I had to log into video interview, via my cell phone. It wasn't an ideal situation. Once the call started, the person I was to interview with, seemed to have difficulty getting their microphone to work. I logged off, and logged on again, and the issue was still the same. Finally, we got to speak. The conversation, was a meet and greet at first, then the person began explaining the position. It would be customer service at first, for at least 6 months. Then transition into sales. I agreed to that. during this time, said person, also said they were on an internal call, that was lasting all day, and were still on it. I don't know why they didn't ask me to reschedule my interview if this was the case. I wouldn't have minded, but said interviewer seemed distracted and not focused the entire call. I received a call back from the recruiter today, saying I wasn't a right fit for them. After reading all the one star reviews, I'm glad they didn't offer me anything. It would have been difficult to work with them knowing what I know. Just for grins, I reviewed their 5 star reviews. Similar language on a lot of them. Also this. These are the 5 star reviews posted in 2024. 6 in May, 11 in April, 12 in March and 8 in Feb. Looks like someone posted all these positive reviews to boost their ratings? Which sits at 4.8 now. Maybe they asked their employees to post them? Again, were these legitimate reviews or not? Not my place to say, but draw your own conclusions.

      The company contacted me via email after finding my resume on Indeed.com. There was an initial interview, and then a follow-up interview about three days later (due to a weekend). About two hours after the second interview, I received a phone call with a formal offer of employment.
