Fairly straightforward, includes a test that isn't hard at all. The interviewers are engaging in the interview. The interview process is short and they provide feedback pretty quickly. The salary is terrible and the micromanaging from people who are not even your line manager is an absolute joke, I was gobsmacked on several occasions. so glad I managed to escape that hell hole.
