I found the interview process at Visma to be highly professional and well-structured. Communication was clear from start to finish, with prompt feedback after each stage. The interviewers asked relevant, technical questions while showing genuine interest in my experience and motivation. Overall, the process felt organized, respectful, and efficient, leaving me with a very positive impression of the company and its culture.

Had 3 interviews, first one was to meet some of the team and see if we "click". Second was a technical interview. Third one was with the managers. And some calls with the HR team to setup meets/talk about my offer.
