Very professional. Briefly explained goals of the company, very friendly. Had a meeting with scrum master and senior programmer. Very professional and a down to the earth approach. Had to do a test regarding C# and programming basics to test my actual skills. After few days I had a second interview where I met scrum master and senior programmer. We discussed my writing test. (even though I had mistakes there, they were looking at my approach not syntax).
