Entrevista
Prior to the interview i was asked to think about my favourite place/ attraction to visit in scotland and why its my favourite ready for a short discussion during the interview. A really relaxed, fun interview. Before the interview i was given a sheet of questions to answer about the local area and a map of Scotland to label. As the interview began the interviewers stated they wanted the interview to feel relaxed and less like an interview and more like a conversation. i was asked general questions, quick fire questions, scenario questions and discussed my favourite place to visit in Scotland. The interview lasted an hour.

What do you know about the company and icentres? Tell us about yourself? What is your greatest achievement and why? Tell us a time you went above and beyond for a customer?
A very relaxed interview. I was asked to label locations on a map of Scotland, followed by a list of questions to answer about the local area. I was then taken into the interview room to answer a mix of normal questions and scenario questions.

Entrevista
Upon arrival, I was asked to fill in a quiz that assessed my knowledge of Scotland. After around 10-15 minutes I was taken through to the interview which was with the area manager and the retail manager. They asked some general interview questions and then asked me to give a short presentation about my favourite place in Scotland. I was told to prepare for this in advance of the interview. Although the questions were fairly extensive, it was a pleasant and friendly environment.
