One to one question and exercise based interview to see how you approach different aspects of the job. Was asked to do an exercise where I had to pretended to reply to a customer which I found quite pointless as I had done the exact same one the year previously.

Straightforward. I enjoyed the process, kind people. Would recommend applying. I couldn’t do the job due to time restraints but good experience. I will reapply in the future. They asked pretty simple questions
