For the campus recruitment process, there was an initial screening + virtual all-in-one interview. The latter was very open ended and tailored to the candidate. Incumbent on candidate to talk about, demonstrate, and prove skills, interest, and competencies. The interviewers and team were genuinely interested in what was being discussed!
