Contacted by phone where I was asked some initial questions and provided with general information about the job role. Was then sent a link for a Teams Meeting /interview. Interviewer was friendly but professional and asked a range of questions about my knowledge and transferable skills.

It was a very quick, easy and professional interview. My interviewer me feel at ease and I could easily see their passion for childcare and the benefit of the schools that they work with.
