These where the phases I went through for the interview: 1) Online assessment: it was a couple of JavaScript Leetcode questions. It wasn't too hard. 2) Phone interview: it lasted between 10 - 15 minutes. The HR person asked basic questions about yourself, your skills, why you want to work for Visier, etc. The technical interview was booked at the end of the phone interview. 3) Technical Interview: it lasted over 90 minutes. There were a lot of questions asked about Selenium and its basic uses. They never asked about previous work experience or past projects. They also asked basic questions about Java and multi-threaded programming. I did a question about testing a user interface and then a basic Leetcode question at the end.
