Worst recruitement experience ever. The recruiter was completely unresponsive. I went into my second interview without any clue about what to expect. I had sent him at least five emails requesting information about the interview, but he never replied. My first interviewers were fantastic—they knew exactly what needed to be done and conducted the interview professionally. I won’t blame the director, as she may have had different expectations. There has been no response regarding feedback on the interview—no guidance or support to help me improve. I know my interview went well, especially since it ended on a positive note. But I have no idea what went wrong in the end that led to my rejection.

Have few interview rounds depends on the role. It took quite long time, approx. one month to get an interview update. Better to follow up with HR biweekly for the interview update proactively.
