Interview was with american boss. HR did not manage to arrange meeting with hiring manager. While i arrive in Visa office. My hiring manger called my mobile phone for interview ! It was more of a casual chat. He made me chat with my team mates more that manager. Yes i was drill hard questions by team mates but it were good questions. So during 2nd round i met with local matrix reporting manger. They were okay with my experience and presentation.
