It was a huge process of recruitment. There was filtering at each step. Coding was very hard and have to get more than 800/1200. Followed by HR round and personal interview. They had 2 rounds of technical interview. Later none could clear it from our college as it was very hard. And they usually prefer candidates from IIT and NIT
