First round a telephonic with the member of team, Asked some ReactJs, JS and CSS questions, relatively easy. Second they asked me to take an online assessment. It was unfortunate, that I had extreme technical and internet difficulties at the time of taking the test. and as a result the test couldn't be completed as I expected it. I mentioned this to HR, but after the test was done, no response, only ghosting. Its fine, if you'd want to discontinue, but its extremely rude to just ignore because either the candidate was not able to pass the text per your expectations (mainly because there were quite unfortunate technical difficulties) or you had already rejected and hired someone else, but don't want to face the candidate and let them know you decision. I don't think I would even want to join such environment where they do not respect candidates time and effort. I can only imagine what would it be like to be the company's employee
