This process was handled extremely unprofessionally by Visa. I applied online and within the week, an HR representative reached out for a phone interview. On the day of the interview, she forgot to call and when I asked what happened, she said "something came up, let's reschedule." We rescheduled for a week out and during our call she asked me 3 questions: Why Visa, would you be willing to relocate, and what are your salary expectations? Our phone call lasted 7 minutes after which she said she had all the information she needed and hung up. I never heard back.
