HR contacted through Email and after a week sent an Email regarding the exploratory call with Hiring Manager. Post that there would be some assessments and technical rounds. Finally HR discussion and offer rollut.

Was contacted by a Visa recruiter via email. Had a phone interview with the recruiter, followed by another interview with a Visa recruiter. This second recruiter said the test was to determine whether I have basic coding skills, which they could have answered by looking at my GitHub repo and see the kind of work I can do. Instead they decided to evaluate my skill based on how quickly and how accurately I can solve a problem that would never appear in the real world.

There were two interview rounds and both were targeted on technical, design and problem solving. I declined the offer since interview process was horrible the way they organised, you need to follow up for feedback.
