Met the recruiter at a coffee chat networking session hosted by an organization at school. Applied to the position then got an interview. Only made it to first round. First round was an on-campus interview. It consisted of 2 back-to-back interviews with different people, each were about 45 minutes. The first person was very relaxed and went through the typical behavioral questions and went in-depth with my resume. Second person was the head of the department, who was a bit meaner. He focused on how my experiences aligned with Visa's core values asking me to connect one experience to one value. Asked lots of follow-up questions.
