There were three interviews which were conducted for the position. The first interview was with the HR Representative which was conducted by phone. The next two interviews were face-to-face, one conducted by the direct line managers, and the other conducted by the Head of the regional function.
Discover Visa Event - For students who identify as women. First registration process involved submitting resume and answer to two questions. Based on these, if you get shortlisted, yoi have go to the Visa office and interact with women leaders at Visa and get to know about the opportunities they are offering.

Explain your achievments in the Tech Space so far. You can write about prizes,competitions,internships,workshops,coding contests,etc.
first, I filled out the application and then we had 15-20-minute interview. the interviewer was kind and supported me during the interview. it went smoothly. sometimes i did not know how to answer a question and interviewer was okay to wait a little bit until i think about how to answer
