Applied on Visa's website, was emailed by HR to schedule a general phone interview with a recruiter, then came onsite to interview. I interviewed with my potential manager who was a Sr. Director, another manager on the team who was a Sr. Director, and the Vice President of the team. Each was 30 minutes.
