The recruitment process consisted of interactive assessments and video interviews, including standard and behavioural questions designed to evaluate problem-solving abilities, communication skills, adaptability, teamwork, and overall fit with the company’s values and role requirements.

After applying online, a recruiter reached out with questions through email, then there was a first round interview with run of the behavioral questions related to the core values of Visa/ qs about skills (i.e. excel). Second round had a case question.
