Got interview call through employee referral within one week. The process took around two weeks. Had one round technical, one round technical plus managerial and HR discussion. Technical was not hard.

Process took 4 rounds of technical, manager and client round. They have asked for multiple questions to know the deepth of my knowledge and starting 2 rounds very pretty easy and the client round happend for more than 1 hr and they see deepth of your knowledge and understanding the problems.
