Applied online, received an email to set up a phone interview. The person who interviewed me seemed highly disinterested from the jump. "So um can you tell me about yourself... umm ok" She didn't really have many questions for me (like 3 or 4) and then asked me if I had questions for her. We talked quite a bit from my questions, however she still seemed disinterested so I wasn't surprised to receive a rejection.
