Each of the four Virtual Facility team members I met with treated me with respect throughout the interview process. I always knew where I was in the process and what the next step was. I found the team incredibly transparent. In particular, VFs CEO, Mark, was very upfront about past projects and initiatives that went well along side some that didn't pan out as hoped. I appreciate this kind of radical candor. Further, Mark and the team made a concerted effort to help me evaluate if VF was a fit for me too. I appreciate that the VF team put themselves in my shoes, encouraged me to ask questions and made space for me to ensure a fit on both sides. Excited about what VF is building, the problem space and the potential.
