We only had one interview round where they asked both Technical as well as HR questions. They asked questions about various topics and one coding question. Some basic HR Questions that test communication skills were also asked in this round. Overall this round was not that difficult, and I answered all the questions to the best of my ability. And a day later I got the selection mail.

I got a direct call from the company HR for the interview. Once I reach there they gave a form to fill (Current and expected salary and details of some professional reference). I was the only person for the post but still I have waited around 1 hours after that the HR came and told me about the company and it's policies which are 1. They will conduct your interview and give you offer letter (if you were selected) only if you will submit your 10th certificate for joining period (2 months in my case ) + 3 months 2. You have to sign a 6 month service bond. (Advice to the management : If the polices are so much hard and fast please mentioned them in your job description) After the HR round again I have waited for another 1 hour then 2 technical person conducted my face to face interview round. They as average questions plus some coding questions, which you can answer only if you have faced them. (Advice to the technical team : Ask the questions about the concept not from the particular coding part because if the candidate concept is clear he will solve the problem.) After that I have waited again for an hour then they conducted my machine round in which they have given me to code a particular problem. Then they review the code and shared the feedback to the team. I have told them its to late as its getting dark outside so they told me that tomorrow they will do the further process. Next day they gave me a call to report to there another office for the final round. That round was with the senior management. Basically they were negotiating with me on the CTC part and try two offer me something near to my current salary which is not acceptable to me so I rejected the offer.
