Really good support throughout and a range of resources available to enable candidates to do well. This included a couple of informal calls to find out more without the pressure of a formal interview. I also had the opportunity to visit the office and was made to feel very welcome by all staff. The interview was challenging but it helped to approach it with curiosity, an eagerness to learn and a bit of humility about what I didn't know.

Video assessment consisting of 7 questions: fun fact about you, what you find interesting about what they do, two very easy technical questions, and one final thing you would like them to know.
