Very vigorous, but fair. Overall a good experience. There were 3 seperate interviews. One with the hiring location showroom manager and one wth regional manager, then one by phone with an HR rep. References were requested and interviewed. A personality test, drug test, and background check were administered.

not too bad, two interviews total, the first one short and the second one about 30-45 minutes. second one was with the regional manager and she asked generic interview questions
