Interview was in two parts. First was a panel, second was more of a meet and greet. Months between applying and each interview, which is normal for state jobs. I was told I would be called by a certain date after final interview. I was not called. Follow ups were left unanswered. This is a bad sign to me for an employer. Even if offered a position I will decline (and have for other jobs that do that). I would never work for any organization with poor leadership. I read other reviews calling leadership into question, and would agree with them based on my experiences.
