Such an atmosphere allowed for a focused discussion on my suitability for the role and my potential contributions to the organization
Apply online and then group interview. Once you pass that there’s an in-person interview at a store with a manager. Overall the process was super quick, within 2 weeks

Calm, friendly process, the standard questions, dress well, read up about the company so you have things to ask. There was a regional manager as well as a store manager during the process, remain consistent eye-contact with both of them. Lastly just be confident.
