The interview consisted of a phone call to determine skills and qualifications in relation to the job posting. They'll ask you about your past work experience, how many years you were there, what prompted you to leave or why you're exploring other opportunities. They appear to be somewhat rigid in what they want from their candidates, so if you have the skills but are lacking in some departments, they'll typically pass you up.

Had an initial phone screen with recruiter. Then talked to the hiring manager. Had 2 back to back panel interviews with 3 engineers. The panel interviews asked questions about my background and had a few brain teasers. I ended up getting a verbal offer, never received the official offer due to "organizational issues" and a few weeks later got a rejection email. Assuming they were prioritizing taking on employees from Virgin Orbit.

Entrevista
I applied for the job online through their careers website and was contacted in December for a 30 minute phone interview. The director of the department interviewed me and asked a lot of technical questions related to the department I was interviewing for. I received an email from the HR department of Virgin Galactic and within a week had scheduled my phone interview. The phone interview was very prompt and started exactly on time. The difficult part of phone interviews is you can't see the person's facial expressions so it is difficult to judge your progress based solely on their tone.
