Fun day at their Gatwick Headquarters. mixture tasks, 1-1 interview and presentation on what the job entails. It lasted about 3 hours and the staff were very friendly. They observed you throughout the day.
HireView interview - fairly basic interview questions. Eg: Why virgin Atlantic? Given plenty of time to complete, only two chances to record each question and not a lot of time to speak but still fairly simple
Fun process, got through to an assessment day my first time applying, but didn’t get an AD my second time applying - the assessment day was so much fun, gutted I didn’t get it.
