Entrevista
There with 4 others candidates. Fitness Coach Manager and another Manager there. Introduction and then the F. Coach involved us in some sort of game where the purpose was to interact with each other. So, I’d suggest speak, interact, share your ideas with the others as this is part of the assessment. The Managers then showed us the gym. After that the F. Coach Manager asked what qualities we needed to greatly perform the role we applied for, and again, speak speak speak and show what your thoughts are about the entire thing.
Then practical assessment. In the Gym floor. 3 body weight exercise to perform each and teach the others.
I did all this 11 days ago, and I heard from them just today, while I was told they would have let us know after 4 days.
Other than that the F. Coach Manager who assessed us was very nice and tried his best to make feel us comfortable.

I submitted my application online, received a follow-up call, and was then invited to attend a recruitment day. The recruitment day involved a series of activities including a tough work out.

Informal interview, the interview went pretty well honestly I think I did pretty good. Then I received an email saying I was unsuccessful. No feedback.
So I can't really say why that happened.
I had the bad feeling that the guy just didn't like me because I was very keen at asking questions instead of being passive.
I think interviews should always be 50-50% is not just a selecting process, the other part has to take a decision too.
I felt like a number, and I think they only like people who commit to their company without asking and at any condition.
I was about to refuse the job anyway because of their bad business model ( for us PT). Please stop telling candidates that you had 50-70 sessions after 2 weeks, this is not only a lie and unrealistic, but disrespectful. Your PT have an average of 15 to 20 sessions per week, and they pay is very low.
A PT who can generate good numbers would surely work for himself and keep all the money. The fact that some people can be extremely successful doesn't mean that your business model is fair.
Please reconsider it.
Very low pay rate, basically working full time for nothing, and long and too selective employment process, this is not worth. You can be better than that.
