I interviewed in person in Indianapolis. The office was more like a frat house than a functional company, they said they couldn't afford to staff key roles but have marble walls, 2 fridges full of beer, and treadmill desks. All in all I felt that I was in a company in it's infancy, but that was spewing investor dollars on luxuries. HUGE red flag.
