Interviewed with Peer & Hiring Manager in a group setting, followed by 1 on 1 with HR. I was able to discuss my professional background, the position, and also learn about the companies history and future direction. HR was very professional and welcoming. I was given an opportunity to talk openly about my goals/passion and how they would align with company vision. Interview ended with a tour of the building where greeted by many kind people as we walked through the office. The overall process was very fast and pleasant. Company culture was evident and I knew immediately that I wanted to be there.
