The first step was online with the HR and she was nice and seemed to really like me. The second interview was on-site with the team and department manager. They did ask lots of questions and I didn't think they were very friendly. I did ask the HR and the department people that interviewed me when they wanted to hire someone and they said they were not in a hurry. The job was already posted for over a month when I applied. After a week I had my second interview, I saw they reposted the job on LinkedIn and their website had the position available for almost 3 months total. After 2 months of my second interview, I received the email saying I wasn't selected. I don't know, it seems to me that it's one of those places that just do this kind of process and then not hire anybody. I have heard it's common nowadays.
