Had a chat with HR, next a one hour call with the hiring manager and then was asked to prepare a case study. Spent the weekend preparing the task and sent it to them on Monday, on Wednesday I was told that they were really sorry but they were restructuring the company and were not hiring for this position for now... I basically wasted my time working on the task and shared my ideas for nothing A couple of weeks later I saw they were looking for a Head of CRM, but I heard no words from them.

I had a call with an internal recruiter, followed by an hour interview with the hiring manager. Then I was invited to work on a case study. I worked on it and I sent it over. After a 3 days, I received a call from Vinted to tell me that they are restructuring the team and were no longer hiring for this position... I wasted a few hours between task and Interview, wouldn't recommend to anybody taking the risk. A couple of weeks later, I saw that they were hiring for a head of CRM.
