A headhunter from Manpower contacted me on Linkedin. I sent them my resume in English, later was required to send another resume in Vietnamese. I got an interview with Mrs. Nguyễn Mai Hoa - VP of Vingroup a week later. Within 2 weeks from application day, they gave a job offer call.
