I am from Delhi but I am based out in Pune. They started with Skype round and asked basic Python and Django questions. Second round was again Skype round in which HR didn't show up,therefore, wasted my time. They scheduled this round once again and the HR showed up after keeping me waiting for 1 hour. Therefore, they wasted my time once again. Finally, HR took out his precious time for me and told me that their company has 2 year service agreement policy and I have to submit a cheque of amount double of my monthly salary. So I told them that I am not ready for two years of bonded agreement as I am an experienced employee working in one of the best MNC in India and no company asks for a bonded agreement from an experienced employee.
