The interview process was casual and informative. I was able to get my questions about the position answered. My interviewer knew what she was looking for, in terms of previous experience, personality, and availability. In my opinion, you do not need bartending experience to get a job here. However, you do need to be a person who will jump in and do your best to learn bartending skills throughly and quickly. Everyone they hire is fun and hardworking.
