Cold approached me through linkedin, then we had a HR phone screen, and after that it was followed by a technical phone screen. They invited me over for an on site and had interviews with 5 people. In the end I got an offer of 110k the same day. After a few days I tried to call them and ask about the next steps but they never got back to me. Also the reimbursement for the hotel and the travel was 1 month late.
