It was not easy and was 2 interview process. Then they Brought you in and let you met the owner. There was a lot of people in the office and they were so nice to me. I t seemed like a good atmosphere. I would have taken the job but then I got a better offer in commercial construction. I would have enjoyed the benefits as they were great and you could get Duda stock I believe, It was a christian company they said but I know they don't hire just christians so it made it kinda weird but other than that it was very good and a great company. So I would recommend this company to people who are looking for employment. It is also good that they are only in one city if you don't like to travel. They also build very nice houses and they are quality.
