I was contacted by a recruiter who found my resume, a quick phone call just to make sure I met initial qualifications. Contacted next by HR which served as a point of contact for scheduling/info on remaining interviews. Three interviews followed, Somewhat redundant, the first interview and third were management getting a feel for me, (I’m assuming) second interview was a current field service technician that asked more technical things. The entire process was long, April 20-June 1, I was canceled on twice, and ultimately no offer. Feedback I was given was, I did not have enough experience, something that probably could’ve been determined before I spent so much time on the entire interview process.
