My recruiter informed this company and this position. The first round interview is a phone screen with HR. After about half week, I interviewed with Finance Director and Controller through Skype. I appreciate the Skype interview option since I was living very far from the company and they were very considerate. After couple weeks, I came to its headquarter for final interview. Interviewed with the Finance Director and Controller again, as well as interviewed with Tax Director, FP&A Director, and HR manager at the end. The overall experience is good, but the whole process took longer than expected.
