The process was in depth. Two separate interviews before I was offered the job. Hand you a test to take as well in the second interview. They called me in the way home from the second interview with a job offer.

Entrevista
Very detailed. Spoke with 4-5 wonderful, informative people. Answered all my questions and concerns. Team members sound knowledgeable and nice to work with. Talked to recruiter first, then 2 local level managers. After that it was HR rep, then a high level manager.

Entrevista
Received initial call from a job recruiter while on terminal leave from the military. Had a phone interview with the field service manager, discussed basic skill requirements, salary, compensation and benefits. Flown to Chicago to interview with the Head of Field Service and his superior.

Required to take a written exam, where I was to complete calculations for travel expenses. The exam was given like a high school math word problem. Was tricky to complete because I was unfamiliar with these types of calculations at the time.
