There were three interviews: the first with the HR Manager, the second with the Hiring Manager, and the third an on-site business case. The interviews were highly detailed and focused on aligning the candidate's qualifications with the job description. It was a very professional process.

What financial terms did I work with? What were my exact responsibilities? Do I have experience with P&L calculations? How should I envision the development of the brand? What situations required me to negotiate the terms and conditions of a contract, and how did I handle them?
The process starts with a phone screening to review their resume and experience. Next, they have a video interview with HR to assess cultural fit. Then, they attend a panel interview with the marketing team, where they discuss strategy, campaigns, and problem-solving scenarios.
